Dr. Megan Greer - Veterinarian

Dr. Megan Greer has been a member of the Main Street Veterinary Hospital medical staff since June 2021.

She grew up in the panhandle of Oklahoma. Dr. Greer’s interest in the care of animals began when she was six years old. Her curiosity of physiology, disease processes, and treatment piqued her interest in veterinary medicine. Megan is a graduate of Liberal High School, Liberal, Kansas. Dr. Greer went on to earn her Associate of Science degree from Seward County Community College, Liberal, Kansas. In 2015, she received her Bachelor of Science in Zoology from Oklahoma State University. Dr. Greer is a 2021 graduate of the Oklahoma State University College of Veterinary Medicine, where she earned her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Greer was awarded the coveted American Animal Hospital Association (AHAA) Proficiency in Primary Care during her clinical year.

Dr. Greer's areas of interest include obesity prevention, soft tissue surgery, dermatology, and ophthalmology. She is also working towards certification of proficiency in ultrasonography.

When she isn't at work, Dr. Greer enjoys reading, pastry baking, tending her flower beds, and scuba diving. She and her husband, Jake, share their home with two noisy and very spirited Pembroke Welsh Corgis - Penny and Pete. Dr. Greer is excited to meet your pets and to care for them as one of her own.
